Tallow Sterilisation/Filtration

Tallow sterilised in a pressure vessel at 133 degrees Celsius at 3 bar pressure for 20 minutes. From there it is pumped to the Tallow storage tanks. After tallow is decanted it is passed to a Tallow Filter. Tallow is filtered through a filtration aid (flowered wood) by the use of a vacuum Pump, and from there it is pumped to a Tallow storage tank awaiting sterilisation.
